At Sole Purpose Massage, our sole purpose is to help you feel better.

Whether you need to recover from an injury, are seeking pain relief, or just want to relax from the stresses of life, we’re here to help.  We specialize in barefoot massage, delivering a deep, broad, and soothing pressure to relieve your pain and muscle tension. In addition to our barefoot massage work, we incorporate a variety of massage techniques and tools, including massage cupping, gua sha, targeted myofascial release, and Thai stretching to create lasting changes in your body.  You will feel the difference!

What makes barefoot massage so great?

There is a significant difference in the quality of touch when comparing the effortlessness of barefoot massage to traditional massage with the hands. The benefit of massage with the foot is that gravity assisted, broad, continuous pressure makes compression strokes smooth and supple instead bony or prodding.  Most strokes are done with one foot on the table and one on the client, so pressure is easily adjusted to your preference. Barefoot massage can comfortably create a structural change in muscle tissues, releasing chronic tension and holding patterns, while deeply relaxing your nervous system at the same time.

I have been seeing Karyna for over a year now, once a month or more if necessary, and she is without a doubt the most talented and experienced/educated, kind, compassionate massage therapist I have ever visited. Every experience with her is magical, she understands how muscles and fascia and joints and trigger points work together and she knows how to approach all of the different challenges your body is presenting her. I can’t recommend this amazing lady enough. Thank you Karyna!
